Yolanda leads the HEALTHpac Client Services Product Support team. Her many duties include acting as a mentor for her team members as they triage customer issues and test the software before it is ready for customer deployment. She is directly responsible for customer care management of several key accounts. She is also instrumental in the implementation of strategic business development initiatives to help improve our HEALTHpac product. Yolanda has been with Eldorado for over 15 years. Prior to her employment at Eldorado, she was a Customer Service lead for a local Third Party Administrator (TPA).
